Stephen Libin Joins Dutton Brock LLP

Stephen is a new associate at Dutton Brock with a background in engineering. He has a diverse civil litigation practice with an emphasis on resolving commercial insurance, product liability, general negligence, occupiers’ liability, construction, environmental and class action disputes. Stephen has trial, motion, application and appeal experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal and has participated in administrative hearings and mediations.
