A New Firm is Born: Sharma Lawyers

On May 1, Devi D. Sharma welcomed his son, Rajeev Sharma, to join forces with him to form Sharma Lawyers.  Since being called to the bar in 1999, Rajeev has worked in the corporate group of a Bay St. national law firm and was senior corporate counsel and V.P. & General Counsel to two multinational corporations.  He specializes in corporate/commercial, healthcare and regulatory/competition law.  This complements Devi’s long established corporate and real estate practice that services small to mid-sized businesses and individuals.
