Johanne has a wide-ranging corporate law practice. She advises clients on corporate commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing. Johanne brings a wealth of experience having worked as in-house counsel for multinational companies, most recently as Senior Counsel for one of the world’s largest science and engineering companies.
