In his practice, Ted advises on general corporate and commercial matters with a focus on technology, mergers and acquisitions, privacy, procurement, e-commerce and gaming. In addition, he has represented and provided guidance to clients on a wide range of matters related to consumer protection, public private partnerships (P3), outsourcing, anti-spam, private equity and venture capital financing, licensing of technology products and services, and intellectual property. Ted practises in Osler’s Toronto office.
