Bennett Jones congratulates new partner Aleksandra Finelli

We are pleased to announce that Aleksandra B. Finelli is a new partner of the firm.

Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Aleksandra B. Finelli to the partnership.

Aleksandra has a transactional practice with a primary focus on commercial real estate, secured lending and project financing. She has experience working on a variety of private acquisitions and commercial real estate and secured lending transactions, such as asset acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, subordinated debt transactions, construction and project finance, including public-private partnerships.

Over the past few years, Aleksandra has been involved in the development and financing of a number of large renewable energy power projects across Canada, including wind and solar power farms. Aleksandra is a member of Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (Toronto CREW) and a past director of the Gatehouse. She is fluent in Polish.
