Smart & Biggar’s Tyler Nechiporenko adds patent agent to his qualifications

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is pleased to announce that Tyler Nechiporenko passed the qualifying examinations and is now a registered patent agent in Canada.

Tyler is an associate in our Montreal office. His practice focusses primarily on securing patent and other intellectual property rights. He regularly prepares and prosecutes patent applications and has experience with other aspects of patent procurement, including providing patentability opinions and conducting freedom-to-operate assessments.
