Tobin Horton is a member of the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group. His personal injury practice focuses on defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, tavern liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability and professional negligence. He also manages property damage cases which deal with issues of negligent design and construction defects. Tobin prides himself on his ability to design practical strategies that result in quick and effective resolution for his clients, and is adept at employing the best strategy to maximize his clients’ advantages while minimizing their risks.
