Smart & Biggar’s Jennifer Ponton adds trademark agent to her qualifications

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is pleased to announce that Jennifer Ponton passed the qualifying examinations and is now a registered trademark agent in Canada.

Jennifer is an associate in our Toronto office. Her practice spans all areas of trademark law, including counselling, prosecution and litigation. Jennifer regularly responds to correspondence from the Trademarks Office relating to trademark registrations, applications and oppositions, as well as assists with litigation matters.

Jennifer works with clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods manufacturing, fashion, restaurants and food and beverage producers.
