Loni is a registered Canadian trademark agent and her practice focuses on oil & gas litigation and regulatory, intellectual property litigation, and securities litigation. She assists clients with various oil & gas and intellectual property-related disputes, and advises clients with respect to securities-related regulatory investigations. She has appeared before the Alberta Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), and the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB).
