Robert’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, with experience in securities, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Robert articled with another national law firm. During this time, Robert gained valuable experience assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies and contributed to papers on oil & gas and employment law.
