Florence’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Florence was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, she gained exposure to the firm’s Business, Securities and Financial Service practice areas.
