Laith’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including private placements, continuous disclosure obligations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Laith has experience involving both public and private companies. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Laith was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
