Venessa comes to Waddell Phillips with particular experience in plaintiff-side class actions, and a broad practice in civil litigation. Venessa’s comprehensive class actions experience has included claims involving pharmaceutical harms, product liability, charitable tax shelters, as well as civil sexual assault and securities misrepresentation cases. She has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
