Borden Ladner Gervais LLP is pleased to announce that it has admitted Daniel Girlando to the firm’s partnership. He represents healthcare facilities and staff involved in medical malpractice and class action litigation. Daniel provides legal advice with respect to privacy breach investigation and notification, physician credentialing, adverse event management and diverse other issues that arise in healthcare sittings. Daniel also practices employment law, acting for employees or employers in wrongful dismissal claims. To give back to the profession, Daniel teaches Health Law at Windsor University’s Faculty of Law and the Osgoode Certificate in Health Law.
