Alexandra Teodorescu is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group. Alexandra’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insolvency, including restructurings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and bankruptcies and proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Alex regularly advises and represents clients with respect to contractual disputes, creditors’ rights, construction matters, and enforcement proceedings at both the trial and appellate level.
