Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Osie Ukwuoma to our Corporate Department in our Toronto office.
Osie has a general corporate practice focusing on corporate finance and securities law. He joins the firm from a boutique securities law firm. Prior to entering private practice, he was the Chief Compliance Officer of a mid-sized Canadian investment fund that focuses on merger arbitrage and special situations.
