Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Jesse Tepperman has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Business Law Group.
Jesse’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Jesse summered and articled with the firm.
Jesse is the first student to receive a Canadian and American dual J.D. and M.B.A. between the University of Windsor/University of Detroit Mercy and the Odette School of Business.
