Gordon McKenna’s practice focuses on a wide range of capital markets and business law matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He acts on behalf of issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private debt and equity financings, including domestic and cross-border transactions. Gordon acts for offerors and targets on negotiated and unsolicited acquisitions, as well as purchasers and vendors in connection with asset and share purchase transactions. He also advises a wide range of market participants, including issuers, underwriters, dealers and other financial institutions, on Canadian securities regulatory and compliance issues.
