He has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on financing transactions including syndicated bank financing, asset-based lending financings and cross-border and other international financings. Edward regularly acts for public and private corporations as a trusted legal and business advisor. He currently serves as lead counsel for a number of prominent Canadian and foreign-based clients.
