Judith joins Tyr after working at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP where she carried on a general commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and financial services practice. Judith has worked on a wide range of civil and commercial matters as well as proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. At Tyr, Judith is developing a broad litigation practice with a focused approach to resolving complex legal issues. Judith will work alongside her colleagues at Tyr, adding to the firm’s depth of experience in trial advocacy.
