WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Dara W. Azari to the firm’s Securities Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on securities and corporate law.

Dara advises private and public corporations on a variety of regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Dara practised at a mid-sized law firm in Toronto.
