Heather provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of employment law, including employment standards, employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights, terminations, unjust dismissals and workplace investigations. Heather has a strong background in advocacy and regularly represents employers before courts, arbitrators and administrative tribunals.
