Cassels is pleased to announce that Pamela Hinman has become a partner of the firm.
Pam practices in all areas of employment and labour law and is called to the bar in both Alberta and Ontario. Pam is experienced in employment, labour, and human rights litigation, and has represented private and public sector employers at grievance and interest arbitrations, mediations, human rights tribunals, labour relations boards, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, and all levels of court in Ontario. Pam also provides strategic, practical, and policy advice in respect of employee and labour relations, employee performance and discipline, human rights and workplace accommodation, employment standards, workplace investigations, workplace privacy, occupational health and safety (including harassment and violence issues), workplace safety and insurance, and accessibility legislation. Pam has significant experience in the post-secondary sector, having spent time working in house in academic labour relations.
