Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Laura Buck has joined the firm as an associate in our Waterloo office. Laura advises employers in all aspects of the employment relationship including issues related to hiring, discipline, accommodation and termination. She is experienced in defending employers in wrongful dismissal actions, human rights and discrimination allegations, and contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Laura practised as an associate litigation lawyer at a full-service law firm, where she gained experience in all areas of employment law. Laura obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa.
