Smart & Biggar welcomes associate Christian Bekking to our leading IP Litigation practice. Located in our Toronto office, Christian will assist clients to secure and maximize IP protection.
Christian is an IP litigator with a background in life sciences devoted to safeguarding clients’ IP assets and recognizing the pivotal role of IP in driving innovation, growth and competitiveness.
Christian’s legal practice specializes in intellectual property litigation, addressing all facets of intellectual property law. During his legal studies, Christian served as an Osgoode IP Innovation Clinic Fellow and a Co-President of the Osgoode Health Law Association. He was also a co-winner of the Osgoode Hockey Arbitration Competition.
