Sean is an associate in the Civil Litigation group with a practice focused on construction related disputes.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Sean practiced at a prominent litigation firm in Toronto focusing on construction law and professional liability defence.

Sean has appeared before various levels of courts in Ontario, as well as multiple tribunals including the Professional Engineers Ontario’s Discipline Committee.

He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa’s Common Law Program, and has obtained a Certificate in Construction Law from the Osgoode Professional Development program.

Sean works closely with clients and endeavors to provide clear and strategic advice, in hopes of achieving practical, efficient, and timely outcomes.
