Kainat joined Dutton Brock in 2024 after completing her articles and practicing at a prominent national insurance defense firm, where she gained experience in various practice areas. Kainat maintains a broad litigation practice which includes occupiers’ liability, personal injury tort actions, product liability and general negligence.
Kainat is a passionate litigator and has appeared before various levels of court and administrative tribunals and has been called to the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario.
