Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Drew McArthur has joined the firm’s Ottawa office as an employment and human rights lawyer.

Drew’s practice includes providing advice and representation to employers in the private and public sectors on a wide range of employment, litigation and human rights matters. Drew has appeared as counsel on various litigation matters—particularly breaches of restrictive covenants such as non-solicitation, non-competition, and confidentiality clauses—and has extensive experience in all issues related to the employment relationship.

Drew enjoys determining the “heart of the issue” and tailoring a plan to efficiently achieve his clients’ goals whether through careful negotiation or deliberate and tactical litigation.
