Smart & Biggar is pleased to share that Hyun Woo Choi has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Patents: EICT practice.

Hyun’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a broad range of technical fields including communications, computer-automated systems, electronics, computer hardware and software, mechanical devices, networking, cloud computing, internet, and cleantech. He draws from his technical expertise and understands his client’s needs and business objectives when developing his IP strategy. He conducts patent counselling, opinions and advice in a multitude of legal matters in IP law.
