Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to expand its health law expertise with the addition of Brieanna Miklaucic as Counsel.

Brieanna’s practice focuses on assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of matters, including medical negligence, privacy issues, proceedings before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and hospital privileges disputes, among other administrative and regulatory law issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Brieanna summered and articled at a full-service law firm in London, Ontario, gaining experience in a variety of litigation areas, including medical malpractice, class actions, and administrative.

Prior to receiving her JD at Western University, Brieanna completed an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Queen’s University. She will leverage this background and a passion for research to find answers that effectively address the diverse legal issues faced by healthcare professionals.
