Miller Thomson Announces New Partner Faruk Gafic

Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Faruk Gafic has joined the Firm’s Real Estate Transactions and Leasing group in Toronto.

Faruk brings nearly 20 years of experience advising landlords and tenants in office, industrial, and retail sectors. He is known for being responsive, practical, and dependable under pressure, with a strong track record of meeting tight deadlines.

His practice focuses on commercial leasing and includes drafting and negotiating leases, offers to lease, and amending agreements involving expansions, relocations, partial surrenders, terminations, and licence arrangements. Faruk has contributed to the successful completion of leasing transactions involving complex arrangements and high-volume portfolios. His clients appreciate his clear, grounded advice and his ability to spot and resolve issues before they arise.
