Minden Gross LLP welcomes Ira as an associate in our Business Law group. Her work focuses on corporate/commercial law with a special interest in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, corporate governance and charitable and not-for-profit corporations. Prior to attending law school, Ira worked at one of Canadas largest banking institutions where she gained a valuable understanding of the investment industry. See Iras full profile here.
