Blair Hobkirk has a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, debt financing and other corporate and securities law matters.

Blair has assisted buyers and sellers in connection with merger and acquisition transactions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including asset and share purchase transactions, amalgamations and reorganizations. Blair also assists borrowers and lenders with respect to secured and unsecured financings, both syndicated and bilateral, including acquisition financings, aircraft financings, project financings and asset-backed financings.

Prior to becoming an associate, Blair summered and articled with the firm.
