Nathan is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group and focuses  his  practice  on mergers  and acquisitions, and general corporate  and commercial matters. Nathan leverages his analytical skills and strong attention to detail to provide thoughtful analysis and practical advice to his clients to support their business objectives.  Before joining  as an associate,  Nathan worked as an articling student at the firm.
