Mark McAuley has represented public and private companies in corporate and commercial transactions. He works tirelessly to provide counsel for his clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, commercial real estate transactions and general corporate matters. He has considerable experience working with entrepreneurs, the tech industry, and the arts and entertainment sector. He aims to provide practical advice to emerging companies as well as established businesses. Prior to law school, Mark enjoyed a career as a musician performing with the McAuley Boys.
