Dutton Brock welcomes Ian Nicholls Mutter to the firm

Ian received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western University in 2017 and was called to the bar in 2018.

Prior to joining Dutton Brock, Ian articled and worked at a prominent Bay Street insurance defence litigation firm. Ian has successfully argued for his clients at most levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. Ian has a passion for litigation and has experience in a wide range of insurance defence matters, including commercial general liability, tort, general negligence, professional negligence, nuisance claims and coverage disputes.
