Gurpreet joined Dutton Brock in 2021 after practicing insurance defence law for three years and plaintiff side personal injury law for just over a year.
As such, Gurpreet has a well-rounded understanding and experience in a wide range of insurance matters, including motor vehicle accident cases, property damage, occupiers’ liability, accident benefits, priority and loss transfer disputes, subrogation and coverage issues.
Gurpreet is passionate about litigation and prides herself in bringing her clients swift and cost-effective resolutions.
