We are thrilled to have James join the firm as an Associate.

Prior to joining Dutton Brock in 2021, James acted in both insurance defence litigation and class proceedings. James has successfully argued for his clients at multiple levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. James has a passion for litigation and practices in a wide range of insurance defence matters, including commercial general liability tort, complex product liability, general negligence, motor vehicle, professional negligence, and coverage disputes.
