Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Kelly Brennan

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Kelly Brennan has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an associate. She is building a practice that includes advice and representation for employers in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour and employment matters. Her work includes grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, wrongful dismissals, human rights and accommodation, constructive dismissals and employment standards.

Kelly received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. At the University of Ottawa, Kelly was an avid mooter competing in the Nelligan O’Brien Payne Moot Court Competition, the Fox Intellectual Property Moot and the Arnup Cup. Prior to law school, Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and human rights at St. Thomas University.
