Puya is a member of TGF’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice group and has been recognized by his peers as one of Canada’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for three consecutive years. His practice spans a broad range of restructuring and insolvency mandates, including complex workouts and refinancings, receiverships, bankruptcies, all manner of CCAA and CBCA proceedings, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights.
Puya regularly acts for debtors, creditors, court officers, and other stakeholders in both domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency proceedings, and is known for his strategic, practical, and commercially focused approach to complex matters.
