Fogler, Rubinoff is pleased to announce that Ruth Ambros has been promoted to Partner. A persistent professional and gentle intervener, Ruth’s practice is centred on the rights of Indigenous communities in relation to raising their children. This work is evenly divided into child protection litigation on behalf of First Nations in various parts of the country, and the translation of Indigenous laws in the area of child and family wellbeing as communities reassert their inherent jurisdiction in this area. In addition, Ruth continues to build a general civil litigation practice on behalf of Indigenous clients.
