Kate Byers is an associate in our Advocacy Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, she was both a summer and articling student at the firm. Kate has been involved with a wide variety of litigation matters, including franchise law litigation, solicitor negligence claims, class actions, insolvency proceedings and securities litigation.
