Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Zach Johnson to our Corporate Department in our Calgary office.

Zach Johnson has a general commercial practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to becoming an associate, Zach summered and articled with the firm.
Zach is also an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
