Hasan Naqvi is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Group. He advises clients on business structures, tax efficient corporate re-organizations, regulatory and compliance matters, secured financing transactions, as well as purchase and sale transactions. He has acted for purchasers and vendors in various M&A deals and represented clients in the acquisition and financing of solar projects in Ontario. He has also represented start-ups and emerging growth companies in the private equity and venture capital sector. Hasan has successfully assisted in tax deferred rollovers as well as estate freezes for several owner-managers.
