Blaney McMurtry Welcomes New Associate, Ethan Lee

Ethan is developing a dynamic commercial real estate practice with a focus on a wide range of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, office, and retail properties.

Known for his strong analytical skills, clear communication, and professionalism, Ethan is committed to delivering tailored, practical advice that aligns with each client’s unique objectives.

Beyond his legal practice, Ethan is an active member of the Korean Canadian Lawyers’ Association (KCLA), a national organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the interests of Korean-Canadian legal professionals.

During law school, Ethan was deeply involved in the student community. He served as a Legal Writing Leader, supported the finance sub-committee, and held the role of Vice-President of the Asian Law Students’ Society, where he contributed to creating a more inclusive and connected student environment.
