Sean is developing a broad civil litigation practice focused on insurance defence. He has experience litigating matters involving property damage, product liability, contractual disputes, commercial host liability, sports and recreation liability, transportation claims including tort motor vehicle actions, Occupiers’ liability, municipal and government liability, and construction claims.
