Blaney McMurtry Welcomes New Partner, Timothy Dunn

Timothy Dunn is a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency group. His practice focuses on advising owner managed private corporations, together with traditional and non-traditional financial institutions, the accounting firms that provide services to these institutions, and their respective corporate and individual clients.

Over the past 30 years, Tim’s practice has evolved from one that focused exclusively on insolvency law and the legal issues that arise in corporate debt restructuring, to one that includes providing strategic advice in connection with the ever-increasing challenges and risks faced by lenders, borrowers, and their financial advisors.
