Borden Ladner Gervais LLP is pleased to announce that it has admitted Adrian J. Howard to the firm’s partnership.

Adrian Howard is a lawyer and a registered trademark agent and his practice focuses on contentious litigation involving intellectual property, especially patent litigation and applications under the PM(NOC) Regulations. He also acts and advises on copyright and trademark law, and he has experience in conducting judicial reviews of administrative decisions made by the government. He also advises clients with respect to data protection, listing patents on the patent register and reporting to the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Superior Court.
