Joelle focuses on corporate income tax, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Joelle performs tax due diligence on acquisition transactions and provides tax structuring advice for Canadian inbound investments. Joelle also advises on registered plan eligibility and investment funds.
