Borden Ladner Gervais LLP is pleased to announce that it has admitted Ryan Tomicic to the firm’s partnership. Ryan’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, finance, securities and financial markets, as well as areas related to engineering, including alternative energy. He obtained a diploma in both civil law and common law (LL.B./B.C.L.) after earning a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He also studied in finance and passed the CFA program Level II examination.
